VoIP phones are not bound to any single location: each phone works over any broadband Internet connection. Take your phone from your desk, plug it into your cable modem at home and your phone will be completely functional, just as if you were in the office.
As you hire new employees, simply order a new phone.
On receipt, plug it into your network. It will already be configured.
During unforeseen phone outages (such as during a blackout), you can still work remotely. Our telecommunications provider is located in multiple data centers, so one local outage will not shut your virtual office down.
You can “take over” your phone extension from any Cisco phone owned by your company.
All repairs are performed on the hosted PBX in the central location. If there is ever an issue, you do not have to wait for a tech to come onsite to repair the system.
