How to use your E-mail with Enterprise Technology Services

IMPORTING IN YOUR OLD OUTLOOK PST FILES

First, download the PST Import Wizard from here:

http://www.entechserv.com/files/PSTImportWizard.zip

Open up the zip file, and run the program inside.

Click Next, then enter in zimbra.metstaff.com for the hostname of the server.  Next, check Use Secure Connection.  The Port should automatically change to 443.  For the Username, put in your full E-mail address.  For the Password, put in your password, then click Next.

Click browse, and select the PST file you are going to import, then click Next.

If you have calendar events that were under a different E-mail address, then put the old e-mail address under Old Address.  Otherwise, uncheck Convert meetings organized by me from my old address to my new address.

Click next, then click Next again, then click Okay.  Your e-mail, contacts, and calendar should now be imported.

Accessing your E-mail via the web interface

For the Professional E-mail, go to http://webmail.entechserv.com

For the Lite E-mail, go to http://weblite.entechserv.com

Enter your full e-mail address under username, and your password under password.

The webmail is very similar to many other web e-mail clients, and should be pretty intuitive.  If you need addition assistance, click on the ? icon on the top right of your screen.
